Why It Matters

Student wellbeing is the foundation of everything.

With growing pressures from schoolwork, social media and everyday life, wellbeing education is no longer optional. We don't just talk about wellbeing โ€” we make it practical, relatable and impactful.

These workshops are for every student โ€” not just those who are struggling. Every person in the room leaves with something they can use the same day.

Our data shows: students who rate their wellbeing lowest before the session see the greatest shift by the end โ€” often the quietest students in the room leave with the biggest smiles.

FAQs

Got questions?

A few things schools usually ask before booking a mental health workshop.

Our workshops are thoughtfully designed for high school students and can be tailored to suit different year levels and needs.

Years 7 & 8 is a popular choice for students navigating the transition from primary school. Year 9 is often a pivotal time as students are finding their identity, and many schools find our workshops a great support during this stage. Years 10, 11 & 12 benefit from practical tools to help them understand who they are before finishing school โ€” and to set them up confidently for whatever comes next.
We're flexible! Our workshops can be sized to suit your needs, whether you're a school, corporate team, sporting club, or event โ€” from a small group right through to a large-scale gathering. Our info pack includes a handy guide with options for up to 100 attendees, 100–200, and 200+.

Honestly? We'd love to work with your whole organisation, school, or team. If you're interested in booking multiple workshops, get in touch and we'll happily work out a package deal that suits you.
We'll send you a pre-workshop checklist before every booking so you're not caught off guard. Here's what we generally need:
  • A projector or TV with an HDMI connection
  • A pen
  • We arrive 30 minutes early to set up
Don't have everything on the list? No stress โ€” just let us know and we'll do our best to work something out. We're very flexible and want the day to run smoothly for you.
We love hearing from parents! Fill out our quick enquiry form and select that you're a parent. We'll send you our info pack, which you can pass on directly to your child's school โ€” word of mouth is one of the best ways to connect schools with the right people, and we're so grateful when parents champion us.
We recommend reaching out as early as you can, but don't worry if your preferred date is coming up โ€” we'll always do our best to make it work! Our booking form includes a section where you can share a preferred date, a date range, a month, or even just a school term, and we'll get back to you with our availability.
Yes! Our high school program is built around the ACARA Personal and Social Capability framework. We don't just talk about mental health โ€” we equip students with a practical "Mental Toolkit" covering self-management, emotional regulation, and resilience. This directly supports your HPE and wellbeing reporting requirements, while giving students skills they'll actually use long after the workshop is over.
Yes โ€” we travel anywhere in Australia! For one-off in-person sessions in regional or remote areas, we charge a small travel fee to cover costs. But if you book multiple sessions, the travel fee is waived entirely. Get in touch and we'll work out the details for your location.
Life happens โ€” we totally understand. You're welcome to reschedule up to two weeks before your session at no cost. If you need to cancel within two weeks of your booking date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. We'll always do our best to work with you if something unexpected comes up.
